Public thoughts on the 2008−2009 border: estimate of the year and look at the future

The article presents the results of a monitoring of public thoughts as for the actual political and socio-economic questions of Ukraine’s social life by the totals of the year 2008 and reflects the dynamics of moods of the population and the population’s subjective estimates of the social situation during the year and in comparison with the previous time periods.
