Youth movement as an object and subject of youth


The article seeks to provide a comprehensive outlook on the role and place of youth non-governmental organizations of social life and trace the mechanism of their cooperation with relevant governmental bodies. It is argued that at the current stage, the youth movement in Ukraine is to be seen a both an object and subject of the state youth policy. Promoting youth development and youth organizations, the state, at the same time, sees the youth (first of all its organized part) as a resource for particular programmers and interventions for the country’s further development.
