The paper deals with hypothesis for probable socio-economic, professional-educational, information-technological and personal-innovational preconditions of employee’s autonomy in Ukraine under global informatization.

This hypothesis correctness is confirmed to a considerable extent by its empirical testing with the use of the model of multiple linear regression. It is established that socio-economic predetermining of employees’ autonomy prevails in the contemporary Ukrainian society.
