To the question of formation and development of public relations in Ukraine

The article presents materials about the first steps of the formation of PR in Ukraine. This activity was started in 1989 by the South4West Center of Public Information in the Field of Nuclear Energy in Kharkiv. The main meth4 ods and results which were obtained by this organization during a few working years are presented.
