Current political and legal practices in socio-political space of Ukraine

The article presents the author’s vision of the system of the most important varieties of political and legal practices, as a set of established actions (interactions) of political áktors, dualistic by the nature and sphere of public relations where they occurred. The general characteristics of the basic political and legal practices of state authorities and political parties in the current sociopolitical environment are provided.
