International experience in universities ratings formation: most objective criteria and assessing indicators determination
The authors examine approaches of universities quality ratings. The most popular internationaluniversity ratings are analyzed. Theoretical and methodological approaches and basic principles of draftingcollege ratings are compared. The usage of different evaluation criteria and indicators are analyzed.
It was made a conclusion that only a narrow group of universal, objective and common to all higher educationinstitutions criteria and indicators may be used with the purpose of comparing different universities.
