Prospects for development of pharmaceutics and biotechnology with Ukraine’s accession to the association agreement with the European Union


Article dwells upon the research of urgent problems of formation and development of high-tech sectors (pharmaceutics and biotechnology). The work reveals peculiarities of the aforementioned fields in the EU countries as priorities for economic development. Author defined within the framework of The Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement the implementation of international norms and standards in the national legal system.

Complex of plans for further promising development of pharmaceutics and biological fields in Ukraine in cooperation with the EU have been suggested and grounded.
