Freudist foundations of the analysis of right

The author traces the interrelations and influence of the factors outlined in the Freudism on the content and the functioning of right in the modern society and their representation in the legislation. In particular, the attempt is made to apply the Freudism to the gender analysis of criminal right by the example of the relevant positions of Ukraine’s Criminal Code.
