Interaction of infrastructure solutions and social solidarity in forming sustainable innovative communities in the conditions of social transformations and multipolarity of the world
The paper is devoted to the effects that infrastructure ceases to be exclusively a physical element of space, but acquires significance as a platform for the development of participation, trust, local identity and social solidarity. The author argues that combination of engineering logic with humanitarian sensitivity enables us to create not just objects, but holistic spaces of the common good, where innovations are not only implemented, but also rooted in the cultural and social environment. This author opens up opportunities for new formats of cooperation between citizens, authorities, business and science, contributing to increasing the adaptability of communities, expanding the horizons of inclusive development and establishing infrastructure as a factor of social cohesion in a dynamic, multifactorial world. The study aims to identify mechanisms of interaction between infrastructure solutions and social solidarity in the formation of sustainable innovative communities at the local level, taking into account socio-cultural archetypes that manifest themselves in the context of social transformations, multipolarity of the world and the growing need for inclusive, adaptive and trusting forms of infrastructure project management. The research methodology is based on an interdisciplinary approach that combines elements of the theory of social practices, archetypal analysis, institutional theory and spatial approach to infrastructure. The study of the interaction of infrastructure solutions and social solidarity is carried out through the analysis of local cases of the implementation of infrastructure projects, where the participation of different types of subjects is traced, taking into account the identified archetypes influencing the dynamics of cooperation, conflict and trust. The infrastructural dimension of the model of multilevel interaction in sustainable development is considered. The problems of public involvement in the restoration of communities are analyzed. The features of infrastructure are determined from the perspective of the sociocultural dimension. The basic archetypes and their manifestations in infrastructure are presented. The archetypal interpretation of the self-assessment of the readiness of Ukrainian families for possible infrastructure problems is analyzed. To analyze the impact of archetypes on infrastructure projects, 12 infrastructure projects in communities were analyzed. It was determined that the success of an infrastructure project in a community largely depends on early communication, citizen participation and consideration of local identity. It is substantiated that the successful implementation of infrastructure innovations is impossible without active innovative communities. The relationship between archetypes and urban trends of postmodern / metamodern is determined.
