Evaluation of the employees’ innovative potential during the innovations implementation in organizations: theoretical and methodological approach


The article is devoted to improving the theoretical and methodological regulations assessment of the employees’ innovation potential, which is a necessary prerequisite for effective innovations implementation in the organizations.

Author proposes use of integrated Assessment Center method, based on the use of complementary techniques. Article presents principles of its application and systematic methodological approaches to assess the components of the employee’ innovation potential. Authors developed an algorithm for deciding the feasibility of implementing innovations in organizations with an integrated indicator.
