Зміщення культурних та інформаційно-комунікативних порядків в умовах пандемії COVID-19
Стаття узагальнює обговорення авторами протягом останнього року досвіду дослідження станів “emergencies”, невизначеності й ризиків у соціології та їх застосованість до вивчення соціальних і соціокультурних процесів пандемії, які розгортаються в українському суспільстві. Наголошено, що культура в її ціннісно-смислових та інформаційно-партиципаційних вимірах продовжує перебувати на маргінесі суспільної уваги в умовах пандемії, хоча її впливи та наслідки є значущими й потребують пильної уваги. Виокремлено три релевантні сфери аналізу: ціннісна ментальність соціуму, інформаційна сфера медіа та соціальних мереж, культурна партиципація населення. Для висвітлення особливостей поточних культурних та інформаційно-комунікаційних порядків використано дані моніторингового дослідження Інституту соціології НАН України “Українське суспільство – 2020” та дані опитувань інших вітчизняних соціологічних центрів. Показано напруженість і суперечливість між прихильностями громадян щодо цінностей “свобода”, “довіра” та “безпека”, а також прояви дисбалансу щодо ціннісної дихотомії “публічне vs приватне”. Розглянуто феномен інфодемії, його чинники та прояви в українському суспільстві. Доведено, що стійкий скепсис аудиторій медіа залишається характерною рисою інформаційного клімату. Маркерами установок до традиційних і новітніх медіа дедалі частіше стають показники невизначеного ставлення до джерел інформації. Нечіткість і двозначність як характеристики феномену довіри до медіа відповідають новим культурним та інформаційно-комунікативним порядкам коронавірусної пандемії. Зміна контекстів повсякденного існування в умовах карантинних обмежень утруднює реалізацію професійних, навчальних обов’язків, погіршує можливості культурної партиципації, відпочинку, що резонує із соціально-економічними, політичними, технологічними обмеженнями.
