Прояви соціальної нерівності внаслідок епідемії COVID-19 серед чоловіків, які мають секс з чоловіками, і трансгендерних людей в Україні: результати опитування користувачів мобільного застосунку “Hornet”

Перша хвиля COVID-19 суттєво вплинула на життя людства у 2020 р., проте дані, які стосуються впливу запроваджених соціальних обмежень на ЛГБТ, є обмеженими, регіон Східна Європа і Центральна Азія (СЄЦА), особливістю якого є нестабільна економіка, наявність міждержавних конфліктів і неоднорідний доступ вразливих груп до соціальних сервісів, досі лишаються “білою плямою” на мапі досліджень. Стаття має на меті заповнити прогалини в знаннях про соціально-економічні наслідки епідемії COVID-19 серед ЛГБТ в Україні. Крос-секційне онлайн-опитування невипадкової вибірки 820 користувачів мобільного додатку “Hornet” у віці від 18 років, які проживають в Україні, проведено з березня по травень 2020 р. Аналіз базується на одно- та двовимірних розподілах. Порівняння різних за соціальною вразливістю частин вибірки (наприклад, ВІЛ-позитивних і ВІЛ-негативних, транс- і цислюдей тощо) виконано з використанням тесту c2 для категоріальних змінних та порівняння середніх для шкали депресії і тривожності PHQ-4. COVID-19 істотно вплинув на економічне становище опитаних: 24% втратили принаймні дві третини доходів, 41% втратили роботу, а 23% опинились на межі граничної бідності та мусили обмежити власне харчування. Викликані епідемією COVID-19 суспільні зміни у 2020 р. найбільше позначилися на соціально вразливих підгрупах. Проте поширеність суїцидальних намірів не змінилась порівняно з допандемійним часом. Рівень депресії та тривожності у цілому за вибіркою не вийшов за межі слабких відхилень від норми (середнє за шкалою PHQ-4 є 4,9 з 95% ДІ: 4,6–5,3). Водночас постраждалі від економічних наслідків пандемійних обмежень підгрупи опитаних мали значно гірші рівні депресії та тривожності. Виявлено вплив протиепідемічних обмежень, запроваджених під час першої хвилі COVID-19 в Україні, на фізичне, соціальне та ментальне благополуччя ЛГБТ. Хоч негативні наслідки епідемії торкнулись всієї популяції, проте найсильніше серед ЛГБТ вони зачепили соціально вразливі підгрупи. Таким чином, епідемія поглибила наявну нерівність.
