Українські воєнні мігранти – мотивації, очікування, прагнення та інші напрями соціологічного осмислення
Розглянуто проблематику українських воєнних мігрантів у контексті соціологічного вивчення цього феномену. Чи не з перших тижнів після перетину західного кордону українські воєнні мігранти стали об’єктом досліджень, які наштовхуються на низку методологічних проблем: недостатня чутливість кількісних досліджень; соціально бажані відповіді щодо повернення; неможливість довгострокового планування в умовах стресу та невизначеності тощо. Кількісні дослідження мігрантів не є репрезентативними, з огляду на недоступність даних про генеральну сукупність таких людей у країнах тимчасового перебування. Незважаючи на великий масив накопичених емпіричних даних, знання про мотиви міграції та плани щодо повернення залишаються дещо фрагментарними. Розглянуто наявні емпіричні дані на цю тему, здійснено теоретичний аналіз сучасних досліджень міграції та зроблено кроки до формування соціологічних засад для подальшого вивчення ситуації українських воєнних мігрантів. Пропонується, зокрема, взяти до уваги позитивну та негативну мотивацію щодо повернення за допомогою порівняння України та країни поточного перебування. Запропоновано застосовувати фільтр важливості та використовувати термінологію “відкладеного повернення”. Доведено необхідність вивчення прагнень мігрантів, що допоможе висвітлити аспект агентності, який залишається малодослідженим. Аргументується актуальність дослідження сімейної динаміки міграції. У статті також йдеться про необхідність розуміння того, що повернення в Україну після війни може стати ще однією міграцією у невідоме, а не поверненням до знайомого. Щодо об’єкта дослідження, то наголошено на важливості вивчення мотивацій тих, які повернулися після тривалого досвіду перебування в інших країнах, та тих, які змінили одну приймаючу країну на іншу. Впровадження названих тем до арсеналу досліджень розширить можливості соціологічного розуміння цього явища.
