Компетентність при затриманні неповнолітніх правоохоронними органами

The article is devoted to both the problem of the prevention of conflicts and the conditions for a worth!while way out of conflicts with law!enforcement bodies due to the comprehension of rights and duties by both sides. The objective and subjective situations of a conflict and the problems of interaction in such situations are defined. The author recommends the rules of behaviour in the relations with law!enforcement bodies, develops a model of assertive behaviour, and analyzes the role of parents and representatives of social services as defenders of rights of arrested juveniles.
