Роль програми “Leader” у формуванні західно-європейської моделі сільського розвитку

The methodological!theoretic approaches to a realization of program “Leader” in the new model of the development of rural territories of the EC are presented, and the basic principles of the introduction of “Leader” on the territories of countries of the EC are analyzed in detail. The problems concerning the adaptation of new countries!members of the EC to the mechanism of action of this program are defined, and the expediency to account the experience of the introduction of analogous programs on Ukraine’s rural territories is indicated.
