Such methods enable the researcher to collect data on crime dynamics,valus, hierarchy and relations of the organised criminal groups. The acticle examines the procedure of obtaining relaible data on the criminal world and presents the main data obtained froma recent study that involved both criminls and those representing law enforcemnt agencies. The authors claim that at the moment the criminal world is marked with radical shifts in the whole value system.
