The degree of the importance of such social values as the observance of human rights and equality for the Ukraine’s population is clarified. The tendencies in the choice of the methods of protection of the socio8labour rights by work8 ers on their violation by employers are analyzed, and the ways to improve the socio8labour relations are proposed.
