The development of a strong, independent state must consider the interest of dominating ethnic group. At the same time, Ukraine is a multinational society, and the rights of the ethnical monitory must be protected in according with the international standards and legislation. An independent Ukraine is impossible without a general democratization, to issuer the rights and freedoms of ever citizens to the benefits of all.
