Соціологія організованої злочинності: окреслення предметної галузі

This material attempts to provide a general outline of sociology of organized crime, develop a methodological basis for this new discipline as well its major branches and perspective methods of data collection. Considering the increasingly common practice of adopting legislative acts under the pressure of «shadow» sector, we believe this subject should be incorporated not only in curriculum for future lawyers, yet also should become a part of training course in humanitarian and management fields (sociology, political science, psychology and history).
