Стан захисту дітей від жорсткого поводження з ними та всіх форм насильства

The article examines the problems related to the protection of children from abuse and violence. The legislation in the field is analyzed. There are reviewed the existing interventions for child abuse prevention and rehabilitation of victims. The article analyses the children’s perceptions of the abuse problem and offers some solution in order to ensure the children’s rights. These recommendations are based on the data obtained from a number of sociological studies.
