Причини соціального сирітства та розвиток сімейних форм виховання дітей-сиріт в умовах трансформації українського суспільства

The article deals with the analysis of main causes which, according to the population of Ukraine, provoke the spread of social orphanage. The author defines the factors contributing to the development of family ways of up7 bringing orphan children and children devoid of parental care in the country. The development of the system of national adoption is defined as the priori7 ty7driven direction of state policy concerning the protection of orphan chil7 dren, which, in its turn, demands the rise of social meaning of taking an orphan child into care by the family in the society.
