Вплив глобальної фінансово-економічної кризи на ринок праці металургійного комплексу України

By analyzing a large array of statistical data and the results of own observations, the author evaluates the degree of the effect of the financial-economic crisis of the personnel potential of Ukraine’s mining-metallurgical complex, indicates the main tendencies inherent in the labor market of the branch under modern conditions, and proposes some measures aimed at overcoming the crisis phenomena.
