Соціальні проблеми сімей з дітьми, які мають функціональні обмеження

The article examines the main social problems of families with disable children and young people based on the data obtained from 110 respondents in four oblasts of Ukraine. It contains the respondents’ visions of possible solutions, and the quality of services provided to children with special needs and their parents. The data obtained were used to outline some possible ways of improvement of the state social policy targeting families with disable children.
