Проблема порушення прав людини і законності на етапі попереднього слідства (дані соціологічного дослідження)

This article is the first attempt to present the findings of a survey of victims of physical and emotional violence from law enforcement during detention or imprisonment before trial. The article presents the opinions of experts in the field as well as the general Ukrainian public on the scale and main causes of violent practices of Ukrainian police against people in detention centers and offers some solutions.
