Модель управління соціальними системами як стратегія розбудови системи охорони дитинства

The article is devoted to the search for ways of the development of the childhood protection system in a socially oriented country. On the basis of the integrative approach involving the scientific results from various spheres of knowledge, the authors analyze components of the process of control over the social systems as a basis of the construction of a model of control over the social childhood protection system. It is proved that the developed model can be used for the strategic planning and the estimation of complicated cases where the control should correspond to real needs of the childhood protection.
