The attention is paid to the low efficiency of variations in the activity of enterprises in Ukraine in the first years of the process of privatization in the private sector o the economy. A positive result of the mentioned process is the removal of limitations on the wages. The motivation of the labour activity of employees consists in the “adaptation” under new conditions for the sake of the preservation of their working places. The absence of social guarantees causes the psychological stress among employees. A reorganization of enter4 prises seems to be actual.
