Основні напрями формування дієвої мотивації трудової діяльності робітників підприємств в умовах формування ринкової економіки

The article highlights the main directions of socio-economic policy, including increase in wages, re-establishment norm setting, introduction of flexible tariff schemes, and re-organization and establishment of joint ventures thought the introduction of a more progressive legislation on privatization. The article offers some new approaches to business management with the focus on the creative and intellectual capacities of human resources and a more effective system of social protection from unemployment as an essential component of employment policy in Ukraine.
