Житлово-комунальне господарство України: проблеми та напрями їх розв’язання

The author studies the condition of the development of the sphere of housing communal facilities and the housing building in Ukraine in the period of market transformations; characterizes the efficiency of the state’s housing policy to ensure the population by dwelling; analyzes the sharp problems of the housing communal facilities; and offers some measures on both increas ing its efficiency and solving the housing problem.
