Recreational resources of Ukraine, the processes of formation, development and reform of sanatoria and health resorts system in Ukraine are considered, the effectiveness of the functioning of recreation, resort and tourist commercial complex are analyzed; the requirements for the organization of sanatorium regime are defined.
