Гендерні стереотипи в професійній сфері: витоки, стан та перспективи існування

The article covers a problem of appearance and dissemination of gender ste reotypes in the professional sphere. The author observes the problem taking organs of internal affairs as a model and analyzing forms of negative impact of such stereotypes. It is stated that in most cases negative gender stereotypes are of a subjective character, that’ why this tendency could be surmounted both in organs of internal affairs and society as a whole.
