Професійна мобільність як детермінанта ефективності діяльності міліції в умовах реформування

The article given contains the analysis of the process of social mobility in modern Ukraine. The main accent is made on the place of vocational mobility within a social mobility structure. By the example of bodies internal affairs’ activity the professional mobility is rated to be a factor of efficient work of the social institute as a whole.
