Соціологічне визначення категорії наркотизму та пов’язаних з нею понять

In the article different theoretical approaches to definition of narcotism are observed. Definition of narcotism as a social phenomenon is also presented. The content of categories directly refer to the definition of the main concept as social phenomenon is opened. Attributes of narcotism as social phenom enon are resulted: addictive behavior which is expressed in mass forms, growing in numbers of specific social groups of consumers of addictive substances, distribution of addictive subcultures, occurrence of specific social relations, transformation of social structure under influence of narcotism.
