Показники нормативного, здорового розвитку та соціалізації особистості як орієнтири формування соціальної політики на захист дитинства

The focus of the article is laid on the analysis of scientific sources concerning present situation with the childhood protection and the organization of state support in this sphere. The article differentiates between the notions of childhood protection and state tutorship of children. It is pointed out that the indices of development and health function as strategic guiding lines on the path to overcoming of crisis phenomena in our country. The study determines the importance of revision of conceptual approaches of governmental politics concerning children and families. Structural functional model of social policy, which was developed by the authors, may function as the basis for the revision.
