Форми та чинники модифікації владних відносин в гібридній екосистемі метавсесвіту
Стаття присвячена визначенню чинників і форм модифікації відносин власності в гібридному просторі соціотехнологічної екосистеми метавсесвіту. Авторкою розкрито, що первісно феномен нової реальності метавсесвіту позначився як віртуальний простір багатокористувальницької онлайн-гри. Показано, що згодом технології метавсесвіту вийшли за вузькі межі суто ігрового стану й утворили унікальну емерджентну (синтетичну) екосистему: гібридний господарський простір соціально-діяльнісної взаємодії, який, подібно ринковим відносинам реального світу, ґрунтується на фундаментальних інститутах вартості та власності. Встановлено, що на відміну від технологічних аспектів, проблеми соціально-економічного функціонування гібридного простору-часу є малодослідженими. Як описується у статті, це зумовлює численні колізії в реалізації прав власності, як всередині платформних мета-світів, так і в просторі традиційної ринкової економіки. Розкрито особливості реалізації владних повноважень. Визначено чинники модифікації відносин власності в гібридній екосистемі метавсесвіту з урахуванням становлення системи продуктивних сил нової якості та тенденції підвищення капіталізації цифрових ринкових активів. Показано, що у контексті європейської інтеграції України пріоритетними напрямами врегулювання прав власності в емерджентній екосистемі є поступове узгодження нормативних регуляторних механізмів із стандартами ЄС для “безшовної” інтеграції в європейський ринок на різних рівнях у рамках програми Цифрове десятиліття ЄС до 2030 р. З’ясовано, що провідні політико-економічні школи мають достатній творчий потенціал для адекватного осмислення соціально-економічної природи гібридного простору-часу метавсесвіту. Стверджується, що реалізувати таку місію вони здатні на методологічному підґрунті економічної цінності в напрямі обґрунтування засад становлення гармонійної інституційної архітектоніки господарювання.
