Актуальні питання активізації розвитку зеленого туризму в Україні

Переорієнтація українських відпочивальників на вітчизняний туристичний ринок через пандемію COVID-19 у світі створила додатковий попит на специфічні види туризму, серед яких вагоме місце посідає зелений туризм. Хоча знайти прийнятні варіанти для зеленого відпочинку досить легко, проте у цьому напрямі туризму залишається багато дискусійних і невизначених моментів. Досліджено та зіставлено напрацювання експертів, науковців, практиків з реальними аналітичними даними для формування системи заходів, спрямованих на активізацію розвитку вітчизняного зеленого туризму. Використано методи економіко-статистичного моделювання, діалектичний і абстрактно-логічний методи, бібліометричний аналіз, графічний метод наукового дослідження. Розглянуто напрацювання та підходи науковців і міжнародних організацій щодо визначення сутності, суб’єктів і специфіки зеленого туризму. З урахуванням цього сформовано власний підхід до тлумачення дефініції “зелений туризм”. Наведено аналітичні дані щодо результативності та напрямів зеленого туризму, потенційної кількості туристів, орієнтованої на зелений відпочинок. Представлено думки експертів стосовно перспектив і проблем розвитку зеленого туризму в Україні. Зосереджено увагу на наявних інструментах державного регулювання досліджуваного сектору та міжнародній практиці регулювання зеленого туризму. З огляду на це, визначено проблемні фактори, які спричиняють найбільш стримуючий ефект на розвиток вітчизняного зеленого туризму. За допомогою методів економіко-статистичного моделювання доведено залежність між обсягами капітальних інвестицій у туризмі та дохідністю туристичних послуг. На цій основі обґрунтовано й наочно представлено запропоновану автором систему заходів щодо підвищення інвестиційної привабливості зеленого туризму України. Наголошено на необхідності покращення якості зеленого туризму в Україні.
