Гендерні аспекти міграційного впливу на ринок праці м. Києва

The article is devoted to the results of nonlocal workers survey, employed in the enterprises, organizations and institutions of the Kyiv city. The major attention is given to gender peculiarities of nonlocal workers’ employment in the capital city. The study also dwells on the readiness of inner working and pendulum migrants to work abroad.
