The author considers the contemporary state of the social mechanisms of attraction of the youth to the management in Ukraine; analyzes the current criteria in the estimation of managerial ability; determines the role of the simulation of managerial situations as a complex approach to the estimation of managerial qualities; and substantiates the necessity to develop the scien8 tifically defined mechanisms of manifestation and estimation of youth’s managerial abilities.
