From the positions of a sociological approach, the author analyzes the structure of managerial relations in the process of formation of the organizational interaction in the system of social management, considers the mechanisms of establishment of the managerial relations between subjects and objects of the management, and the influence of these relations on the formation of an efficient organizational interaction in the system of social management.
