Модель соціального експерименту із запровадження інституту прийомної сім’ї в Україні

The article outlines the social experiment of the introduction of foster care model in Ukraine, including some managerial, research and methodological aspects of childcare social programmes. Special focus is put on the research component of social programmes, which is seen as a combination of theoretical background, practical methods, and monitoring and evaluation. The article highlights the process of social partnership and partner involvement as one of the crucial components of social programmes at different levels.
