Сектор домашніх послуг став ключовим місцем роботи для більшості українських заробітчанок. З огляду на інтимність, яку несе з собою дім, трудові відносини між працедавцями та українськими мігрантками набувають особливого характеру, несхожого на трудові відносини в інших секторах ринку праці.

Мігрантки стають невидимими членами сім’ї своїх працедавців, котрі переносять трудові відносини у площину «послуги» і«вдячності». Саме на темі особливостей функціонування сектору домашніх послуг і буде зосереджено увагу даної статті.
