At present, the up+to+date and future development of the business and the market system and their transformation in the globalistic system are one of the basic objects of analysis not only for the economic theory but also for a number of social sciences, among which sociology occupies the important position. The study of social aspects of the market is an integral part of the analysis of the phenomenon of business and its sociological conceptualization. The sociological analysis of the market as a social phenomenon is one of the poorly developed problems, that is why the conceptualization of business goes out in the context of studying the essence of the market system. On the whole, the market, as a system of links between separate autonomous economies, can be legally considered a basic socio+economic institution.
