Законодавче регулювання прозорості і відкритості публічного управління: необхідність, стан, проблеми, перспективи

We clarify the necessity, task, content, and complexity of a legislative regulation of the transparency and openness of the activity of governmental and local authorities. The representation of these questions in the existing normative+legal acts is demostrated. The content of prepared, but not approved draft laws is analyzed. The necessity to improve the conceptual approach to the role and content of the relevant law of Ukraine, first of all at the point concerning the separation of the transparency and openness, is indicated, and the procedure aspects related to the expansion of the participation of citizens and their collective groups in the public administration are emphasized.
