Інноваційна політика країн Євросоюзу та СНД: проблеми і практика реалізації

The current principles and the mechanisms of formation and realization of the innovative policy and strategy in countries of the European Community and CIS are considered. On the basis of the analysis and comparison of the structures and efficiencies of investments «to knowledge», the role of innova4 tions as a vitally important factor of the economic development and compet4 itiveness of national economies is clarified. The author indicates both the sharpness of problems concerning the formation of Ukraine’s innovative policy and the urgent necessity to include it into the Common European space of researches.
