Мотиваційний аспект забезпечення ефективної зайнятості населення на регіональному ринку праці
The author considers the motives for a change of work places and the ways to improve the system of motivations for the employment of the population on the regional labour market of the Kirovograd region. The observations and conclusions are based on results of the polling of over 3.5 thousand unem4 ployed persons who appealed for help to the regional and district employ4 ment centers.
