Соціологічний моніторинг діяльності ОВС: корупційні дії як об’єкт спостереження

The authors consider the problems of the performance of a sociological moni toring of corruption actions in the internal affairs agencies. The proposals to improve the system of sociological monitorings are given, and the circle of users of the results of a monitoring is defined. The work is a certain devel opment of the viewpoint on the corruption as a social phenomenon.
