Неекономічні фактори розвитку європейської інтеграції: досвід країн Центральної та Східної Європи

У статті досліджено еволюцію ролі неекономічних факторів у процесі розвитку і розширення ЄС та виявлено тенденцію до зростання їх значення. При цьому процес формування Європи громадянських прав і цінностей, свободи, солідарності та безпеки визначає основ-ний вектор суспільної модернізації країн, які приєднуються до ЄС.

Показано, що процеси суспільних трансформацій та адаптації до норм ЄС відбуваються здебільшого складно і суперечливо, причому найбільшою проблемою є розрив між формально проголошеними правилами та реально існуючою практикою відносин, здатністю імплементувати європейські норми.
