Соціальна легітимність приватної власності в Україні та ментальність українців очима експертів

On the basis of the secondary analysis of data of the sociological pool of experts, we have defined the civilizational “western7estern” economico7 mental ambivalence of Ukraine’s population. It is emphasized that this con7 firms, on the whole, the hypothesis on the middle localization of the eco7 nomic mentality of the Ukrainians in the framework of the binary opposition “West”/”East”. The positions of experts testify also to the social legitimacy of private property among the Ukrainian people. By this index, their eco7 nomic mentality cn be localized closer to the “western”, rather than the “eastern” pol;e of the civilizational dichotomy.
