Громадянське суспільство як важливий чинник політичних та економічних процесів в Україні

The author considers the problem of the formation of a civil society as an important condition of the political and economic development of Ukraine. In the first part of the study published in the previous issue of the journal, the definitions of the notion “civil society” were given, and the personal vision of this complicated phenomenon was presented. Here, the analysis of the de4 velopment of civil society in Ukraine during 200042006 realized with the help of sociological methods is started.
