Інституціональні протиріччя в соціально-трудовій сфері українського суспільства, що трансформується

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of institutional contradictions in the socio-labour sphere of the Ukrainian transient society. The author has studied two types of institutional contradictions: interinstitutional and in trainstitutional ones. The institutional regulation of socio4labour relations is considered as a subsystem of the social regulation. The formal and non- formal ways are outlined as main components of the institutional regulation of labour relations.
