Рівень соціальної напруженості та потенціал соціального протесту в суспільстві: можливості соціологічного дослідження та прогнозування

The author considers the possibilities of a sociological study and the prognostication of the level of social tension and the potential of social protest in the society, by concerning, in particular, its extreme manifestation such as a revolution. The achievements of Ukrainian sociologists in this direction are analyzed.
